Door-to-door transit typically runs 25–35 calendar days by sea freight. This includes factory loading, ocean transit (roughly 16–20 days), Canadian customs clearance (3–7 business days), and final inland delivery. Expedited air freight is available for urgent orders at a premium.
Yes. All products in our Canadian catalogue carry CSA, UL, or ETL electrical safety certification, meeting Canadian Standards Association requirements. We only source products that are compliant for import and resale in Canada. Certification documents are provided with every order.
Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it. We ship a physical sample to your Canadian address before any bulk production begins. Sample lead time is typically 7–14 days.
Yes. Private labelling and OEM are available on most models with orders of 20+ units. Options include custom logo embroidery, branded remote controls, custom colour upholstery, and fully branded packaging with English and French text to meet Canadian bilingual labelling requirements.
All chairs come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty (parts). We offer extended 2-year and 3-year warranty packages. Our Canadian support team handles warranty claims and can source replacement parts directly from the factory — no waiting for a distributor chain.
We supply to any Canadian business buying at wholesale — retail stores, e-commerce brands, spas, physiotherapy clinics, fitness centres, hotel chains, and distributors. We do not sell direct-to-consumer; a valid Canadian business number is required.
