Refund & Return Policy

At EnticeNow, we take pride in the quality of our massage chairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Quick Summary: 10-day return window. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free replacements for damaged goods.

1. Return Window

You have 10 calendar days from the date of order placement to request a return for your massage chair.

2. Refund Process & Deductions

We offer a 100% refund on the product value, subject to the following conditions:

  • The original shipping and delivery costs incurred by EnticeNow are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item at our Delhi warehouse, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

We perform strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if a product is delivered in a damaged condition:

  • You must report the damage within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • In the case of damaged goods, EnticeNow will bear all shipping costs for the replacement.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay). Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account after the refund is initiated.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report a damaged item, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product (if damaged):
